hi, i'm Rico
your personal trainer

Ive been in fitness for 7 years...training others over the last 5 yrs.

I've coached over 6000 group fitness classes.

Fitness helped me improve my body, from being 30lbs overweight and barely able to lift 100lbs easily, to 10% BF and lifting up to 500 lbs...all while weighing less than when I was at my heaviest. Living that transformation is an incredible feeling.

Fitness has also helped me overcome depression. I love helping others feel incredible through fitness!

Most people I serve are already in some sort of a fitness program or routine...usually group classes like OrangeTheory. They want to lose weight and/or gain more strength. I am unique in that I train them through barbell resistance. I teach them 4 main barbell lifts that maximize strength in a short time.

I've trained clients 1:1 in addition to group classes since 2016
